How many people can say they are in touch with friends from the day they were born? Not many. Phoebe and I have were best friends growing up since our dad’s are best friends since high school. Then High School happened we lost touch. But we’ve remained permanent furniture in each others lives and even ended up having the same passion for photography. I still have old journals with photos taken with the amazing Walmart disposable cameras and Phoebe was in quite a few of them. Now we’re older and raising babies to be beautiful photo models. As such a great perk, we get to do family sessions for each other and it’s like no other. It’s a great amount of fun and sad we can’t do it more often. This Kauffman Center Family Session happened right after a full weekend and a day of raining and gloom. Just an hour before the session started the blue skies started to show and we had the amazing sun pop through just for us. And the other ballerina photoshoot going on right behind us.
