One of my absolute favorite things in life is my family. They’re my biggest source of joy, laughter, and inspiration. Whether it’s sharing everyday moments or celebrating milestones, being surrounded by the people I love most reminds me what truly matters. Family fuels my creativity and adds so much heart to everything I do.

Travel is one of my greatest passions because it allows me to truly immerse myself in new places and cultures. I love stepping out of my comfort zone, embracing unfamiliar experiences, and learning from the world around me. Every journey brings fresh perspectives, unforgettable memories, and a deeper appreciation for the beauty and diversity that life has to offer.
Traveling
Music and dance has always been a big part of who I am. I used to love the elegance and rhythm of ballroom dancing, and now I’ve found a new passion in dance fitness. It’s the perfect mix of fun and challenge—keeping the mind sharp while letting you act a little silly and carefree. For me, dancing isn’t just movement; it’s joy, energy, and a reminder to never stop learning and laughing.

We booked Katie for both our engagement and wedding day after hearing and seeing great things from multiple friends. They were able to capture nuances and intimate moments without being intrusive. We learned early on during our Engagement shoot that Katie had a way of making us feel comfortable and at ease, as we don’t like being photographed. She was able to catch candid moments while making us laugh and was very creative with the different areas she had. Katie used a combination of her lighting and the natural lighting, and we were in awe of the results. We are so thankful and happy with Katie’s photos and couldn’t have imagined any other photographer being there to capture all our love and memories through our engagement and wedding. We will be keeping in touch with Katie to take her through the rest of our life moments- hopefully in the future for baby and family photos.
Kate is exceptional…if you want someone who is creative, calming, focused, and creates amazing photographs, she is the one! She made my wedding and everything leading up to it and after it incredible! She does beautiful work and makes you feel so at ease. She is someone who can make you laugh and really capture us as a couple. My wedding wouldn’t have gone as smoothly or as beautifully if it were not for her… So much more than a photographer… There is really no one better!

Katie is AMAZING! There are no other words! She is the most kind, genuine person I’ve ever met and she cared so deeply about our day and how to capture every special moment, especially the coveted grooms first look! She captured our wedding better than we could’ve ever imagined and gives you so much time, effort, and value of services. If you’re lucky enough like my husband and I, we were hoping for a great photographer and also ended up with a true friend! I can’t say enough about how happy you’ll be to have her part of your day!!!

Katie was an integral part of our wedding day and the days leading up to it. She's very organized and punctual. She even had a rough itinerary for us to keep us on track with time, which proved that she will go above and beyond to capture our wedding, taking note of the best times of the day to get the most picturesque shots (we had our wedding in Lake Tahoe).
