Once again, it’s getting a little chillier and we are getting into beautiful colors. Challie wanted a mixture of fields and urban culture which I think we nailed it with only having an 1.5 hours of light.Downtown Kansas City has so much to offer in the way of background opportunities and within a close range. Doing a night shoot wasn’t the plan but when you have amazing opportunity for some great off camera flash, anything is possible.

So Challie and her awesome sister Erin, who helped me out a bit that day, we were able to get some of the edgiest photos I’ve ever captured for seniors or for my whole site. Challie is a natural beauty and her smile is out of this world!

I’ll do sunset pretty field shots all day long but night urban light shots sure have their place in the “WOW” category.
